The Isle of Wight Visitors
Attractions Association is a group of 49 quality attractions
devoted to providing our visitors with a huge choice of enjoyment
within a very small area. The Island is only 23 miles long and 12
miles wide, so getting from one attraction to your next choice rarely
takes longer than half an hour.
Whatever your interests maybe, VAA members offer some of the best in Britain. Animal attractions, historic buildings, model railway, vineyards, museums, gorgeous gardens, glass-making... the list is endless- and they all compare well with anything in mainland Britain. Add in out vast beaches, beautiful countryside and our warm climate (average 5°F higher than England) and you can get the pleasures of an exotic holiday with none of the hassle. London - Isle of Wight by train or car + ferry takes less time then the average traveller spends waiting around at his departure airport - and you won't lose you luggage!
